Sometimes things just happen. That was the answer. As simple as that.

Tate stood there, the SWAT team surrounding him, their guns all pointed towards him. He knew they were loaded. He knew they would shoot him. He knew they would kill him. That too, was a very simple concept. A concept, that would strike fear in most people. He however, was not most people, and was also not scare. If anything at all, he felt numb.

The sounds of his mother screaming out in the hall filled him with an odd enjoyment, a twisted sense of accomplishment. His form of revenge for all the pain and suffering that she had caused him and his siblings over the years. It left him with a crooked smirk.

He thought back to the night that Nora had started taking care of him. That was the first day that he ever truly had a mother. He could clearly remember how things were back then. How on Monday nights, Constance's boyfriend would come over, which ever one it happened to be at the time. He never truly understood why it was on Monday nights, all he could remember her saying was that it was her way of making the week just that much easier to get through.

As a young boy, he would sit there, at the top of the stairs, waiting for the theme song to Newhart. It wasn't that he watched the show, but that was the show that Constance fell asleep to while looking over the over due bills with her glass of wine. That was how she settled down after her dates left.

That one week though, was different. He discovered the basement, and Infantata. Then, Nora, the woman who took him in as her own.

Right now, that was the one thing that he regretted, he never repaid her. He had promised her a baby, but never made that happen. That to him, was the worst part of all of this. He let down the one person that had helped him.

That was when he thought he might have a chance of getting away if he tried. His grin grew bigger as he took his hand and made the shape of a gun, pretending to shoot himself in the head. If he could pull this off, he could try and repay Nora. He could then run away from here like he always wanted to. His point was made here, he hated it. If he didn't make it though, he would still be in this house, and he would still have a chance to make things up to Nora.

The only part that bothered him was the fact that he knew that he would be stuck here forever if he didn't make it. Sure, he could torment his mom as long as she was around, but that was the only other satisfaction that he could gain. Other than that, it was hell.

Their eyes were on him. He could see them ready to pull at their triggers. There was a lot of them, but he was crazy enough to believe that he could pull it off if he moved quickly.

The split second passed and he shot his arm down as quickly as he could, grabbing the gun out of his bag.

He wasn't fast enough. The guns went off, the bullets piercing through his chest and shoulders. He didn't feel anything. As he fell back, all he could think about was the fact that it was all over now. No more having to put up with all the bullshit outside of these walls. Now, he had to brace himself for the hell that he had to endure.

His back hit the floor, but his smiled remained glued on his face. One of the SWAT members rushed over to him.

"Why'd you do it?" he asked, making sure to hasten before Tate died.

Tate looked to him and smugly smiled. It was for only him to know, and everyone else to find out. It was as simple as that. It was right then, that everything went black and he drifted off. The last thing he heard was his mother's cries out in the hall

Ok, i will let everyone know when i will be making videos and posting them. I'll make another thread about this video stuff becus i have questions about it for all of ya.

well I got enough of WoW prey from SOE so I'm not feeling good bout this but i mean if there is gonna be  more prey with more epic items then YES, but if it could possible NOT be WoW animals........

I can make youtube vids for advertising and i know a few other forums and websites that will let me Advertise.
